Welcome to UCI Rugby! Our members come from diverse athletic backgrounds and experiences. Some have high school 3 sport knowledge, while others thoroughly enjoy playing basketball on the weekends. Some want to learn to push their body to the absolute limit, while others strive to reach out and find out what UCI has to give socially. But, the one thing they have in common is their shared passion for rugby!

Since 1968, the UC Irvine men's rugby team has been a foundation of UCI's club sports. With six coaches and over 60 players, the UCI rugby team is among the largest and fastest growing club sports at UCI.
